A 2200 sf office space with 55 feet of full height glass facing north was designed to accommodate an architectural practice of as many as 13 people.

Principal’s office, Lobby, Conference room, Library, Models, Kitchen and Archive Storage are placed within the interior of the raw space. A 12” thick wall divides these functions from the studio volume.

The lobby is the location of the office library. In the studio, painted MDF clads the steel frame of five custom tables, each measuring 5’6” x 11’-0. The steel frame of the space is left exposed, along with HVAC ductwork.
